Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors while providing administrative support during evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Monitor facility entry and ensure visitor sign-in procedures are followed.
Provide general information and direct inquiries appropriately.
Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, and managing resident petty cash.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist nursing and administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.

Schedule Requirements:

Evening shifts (3:00 PM to 7pm weekdays).
Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)7am -1pm / 1pm -7pm.
Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed is a plus.
