NOW HIRING – CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA)
Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team!
We are committed to providing high-quality care with respect and compassion while helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents with improving daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
- Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State COTA license required.
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
